Outside Account Representative

We provide a broad database of real property listings for real estate brokers to better serve buyers and sellers. Founded in 1984, Metrolist was one of the first regional MLS' in the nation and is considered to be an industry leader. We are seeking candidates for an Account Representative opportunity. Outside Account Representative

 

The Account Representative will establish relationships with existing customers in order to become a "trusted advisor", conduct training of Metrolist technology products and service and regularly meet with customers to identify needs and ensure customer satisfaction. Will also represent Metrolist at industry events.

Responsibilities:

·  Travel throughout assigned territory in the metro Denver area to develop and maintain customer relationships and increase customer satisfaction

·  Understand and effectively communicate and promote all company products to new and existing customers

·  Train customers on the use of Metrolist technology products using onsite product demonstrations and hands-on class instruction in Metrolist's state of the art training facility

·  Use a wide degree of creativity and judgment when analyzing customer needs and potential solutions

·  Represent company in industry trade shows, sales presentation and industry events

·  Prepare office visit reports and keeps expense accounts

·  Recommend to management improvements in product, service or internal processes to better serve our customers


Qualifications:
The qualified candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years related experience and/or training. Basic knowledge of word processing, PowerPoint, spreadsheet software, email and Internet browsers and be willing to learn new technologies required. Excellent communication and presentation skills along with solid business skills essential. Experience in public speaking and/or training is a plus.
