A full roster of projects has created the need for two Integration Analysts to join the team. This role requires hands-on development experience in Enterprise Application Integration and support along with broad/full life-cycle knowledge of application development. Direct product experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware SOA and BPEL integration would be preferable. Other technology experience with Enterprise Application Integration toolset, such as MS BizTalk, BEA Weblogic and IBM Websphere would also be considered. Our chosen candidate will have extensive experience with B2B and A2A implementations. Required Skills: Minimum 2-3 years of deep working knowledge of any Enterprise Application Integration tools including Oracle Fusion Middleware, SOA Suite, Oracle BPEL, MS BizTalk, BEA Weblogic or IBM Websphere Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Middleware: BPEL, BAM, BPM, and WebCenter would be preferable Development and deployment expertise of distributed systems using SOA Solid understanding of WSDLs, XML, XSD, and other integration standards Good understanding of message correlations using correlation sets and ws-addressing Solid experience in accessing secured web services Experience integrating applications such as JD Edwards ERP, CRM and a variety of other backend systems using SOA integration Experience with Oracle databases, SQL, and PL/SQL Strong programming experience in Java Familiarity with WS-* standards Hands-on experience working with JMS and MQ adapters Functional Skills: Broad / full life cycle application integration experience Experience in Business Analysis/Requirements Gathering/Designing Integration Frameworks Experience in supporting time-sensitive transaction based middleware solutions ETL tool experience a plus (e.g. Oracle Data Integrator) Hands on experience with transactional data systems including a good understanding of relational modeling and referential integrity a plus Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as client interfacing skills Ability to coordinate and aggressively follow up on incidents and problems, perform diagnosis, and provide resolution to minimize service interruption Business Skills: Desire to learn new technologies Ability to solve complex problems Ability to work well independently as well as within a group Ability to transfer knowledge to existing client technical staff Ability to quickly translate business requirements into complex workflows Excellent verbal, written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with a team to develop technical strategies and innovative solutions Education Requirements: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree Information Technology or equivalent.
