Inglis Housing Corporation Program Property Manager

 

Inglis Foundation works with people with physical disabilities to create and provide practical solutions so they may pursue their life goals. Inglis Housing Corporation (IHC), a controlled entity of Inglis Foundation, presently owns and operates eight properties (160) units and is actively developing additional affordable, accessible apartment properties. IHC is seeking a Program Property Manager. 

 

 

Responsibilities include:

 Negotiates, develops, and prepares leases, contracts and other property agreements.Plans, schedules, and coordinates general maintenance, major repairs, and remodeling or construction projects.Routinely inspects properties to ensure they are safe and to determine if repairs or maintenance are needed.Maintains records of property agreements.Purchases building and maintenance supplies, equipment or furniture.Oversees the preparation of financial statements and periodic reports on the status of various properties, lease expirations and related matters.Develop and administer the annual operating budget.

 

 

Qualifications:

 7-10 years property management experience. Experience working with consumers with disabilities is a plus .Undergraduate degree from a recognized and accredited institutionOccupancy Specialist certification requiredAssisted Housing Management Certification training (IREM,NCHM or equivalent)LIHTC Professional Certification requiredExcellent written, verbal, organization and problem-solving skillsAutomobile transportation, insurance and a valid driver's license Able to work flexible hours at multiple locations in Philadelphia and nearby New Jersey suburbsProficient with Microsoft Office suite and internet savvyC.P.M. preferredR.H.M. preferredSite Based Budgeting Specialist preferredCertified Rural Development Professional preferred
