PROJECT MANAGER

We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Project and Development Services Group supporting our corporate client located in Los Angeles, CA. Our Project and Development Services group provides a range of occupancy-related design, construction and relocation services for corporations, institutions and professional services firms. PROJECT MANAGER - Los Angeles, CAResponsibilities: Project management and owner's representative responsibilities primarily covering statewide retail sites and two Mission Critical Facilities Manage complex data centers for a financial institution Oversee projects from design through completion of construction, covering all MEP related matters Project organization, project team engagement, project budgeting and scheduling Interface with architects, engineers, construction phase management; client staff and vendors Assist in the development and management of capital budgets Interface with occupants of selected properties Assist in the development and implementation of the annual management plan; accomplish key performance indicators as identified by clientRequirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture a plus Minimum of 8+ years experience working on mid to large commercial projects preferably in project management with Mechanical / Electrical Systems Project work within or for an Investment Bank or financial industry environment highly desirable High level of performance in project budgeting, contract negotiations and scheduling Excellent communication skills Computer proficiency Start a lasting career with Jones Lang LaSalle today!
