The Retail Group of Jones Lang LaSalle is currently seeking a Property Accountant to oversee Santa Fe Mall located in Santa Fe, NM. PROPERTY ACCOUNTANT - Santa Fe, NMResponsibilities: Key member of Property Management Team and Lead Person of Accounting Staff Contribute to the success of the asset Work with GM during the financial statement review process Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports; financial statement preparation, review, and analysis Bank reconciliations Oversee Accounts Receivable Process; coordinate Accounts Payable Process Review invoice coding and proper approvals Ensure proper audit trail and supporting documentation Maintain sales information Review leases and leasing activity on permanent leases, ensuring accurate billings Supervise cash management procedures Annual budget preparation Quarterly reportingRequirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA preferred Minimum of 3-5 years real estate accounting preferred Computer proficiency using Excel and/or other spreadsheet applications, Microsoft office products, real estate accounting software a plusStart a lasting career with Jones Lang LaSalle today!
