Payroll Clerk

Our Company is a closely held real estate investment and management company.  The portfolio primarily consists of office buildings, retail and shopping centers. We have a position available for a Payroll Clerk in our Houston office. 

 

Job Description:

1.  Process biweekly transfer of payroll data to Alliance Payroll

2.  Responsible for employee data:  new hires, terminations, changes, tracking information

3.  Compile payroll data: garnishments, vacation time, insurance and 401K

4.  Communicate with department supervisors for any missed times or other information

5.  Meeting deadlines and goals with accuracy and quality.

 

Qualifications:

1.  The successful candidate should be a self-starter, detail oriented individual,

strong communication, computer skills and superior organizational skills.

2.  Must have minimum 2 years experience in Payroll and solid understanding of

payroll.

3.  Can be trusted to handle extremely confidential and sensitive information.
