Pre-Marketing Analyst

The Pre-Marketing Analyst is directly responsible for managing a portfolio of 175 to 200 residential properties as well as supervising real estate brokers over the phone or via e-mail to ensure properties are secured and prepared for appraisals.

Responsibilities

•Direct the actions of all assigned brokers for all property management activities
•Coordinate with the eviction department and attorneys on a daily basis
•Authorize appropriate expenditures for appraisals, taxes, HOA and litigation for all assigned properties
•Monitor and Minimize the amount of days properties are in eviction status

Key Results Areas:

•Obtain the occupancy on all new daily assignments within 3 business days
•Secure all new assets within 5 business days
•Complete all Wconfirm functions of making a home safe and secure (trash out, landscaping, pest control, winterization, resolving liability issues within 20 days
•Obtain HOA information within 3 business days
•Transfer homes to the sales department within 3 business days of appraisal

Qualifications:

This position requires one to two years experience working in a call center environment. The ideal candidate has to be detail oriented and have the ability to organize and prioritize work and meet strict deadlines as well as the ability to effectively communicate with outside parties. The candidate has to be proficient with Microsoft applications, type 35 wpm and have the ability to learn software applications. A High School graduate required, Associates degree or some college coursework preferred.
