Pricing Manager

GenEquity Mortgage, a subsidiary of Paragon Global Resources, seeks an experienced Pricing Manager for our growing team in Irving, TX. This Pricing Manager will drive the daily execution of a comprehensive investor relations strategy with associated policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a minimum1-3 years experience in addition to a broad understanding of the mortgage industry and products and pricing to ensure maximum profitability.

 



Duties:Maintain daily program guideline updatesMaintain daily communication of pricing availabilityManage Destiny queue and turn queue over asapDaily execution of locked pipeline with investorsExecute extension / renegotiations as necessaray for loans in pipelineContinuously search for best execution of locked pipelinePotential cancellation and lock with new investor (Prove value add of PD)Reviewing commitment periods based upon line turntimeReview / manage extensionsDevelop Strategic Market Conditions ProgramDevelop knowledge and understanding of key market indicatorsDevelop current hot spot communications to HFCsDevelop tools to manage pipeline with key market indicators

Minimum of 1-3 yrs. industry experience, flexible schedule, Bachelor's degree preferred.
