Production Associate

GenEquity Mortgage, a subsidiary of Paragon Global Resources, Inc., a global relocation and mobility management consulting company is adding staff to its newly expanded office in Irving, Texas. Paragon seeks someone that is personable, has the ability to listen and understand customer needs, has an advanced level of oral and written skill, and is a detail-oriented individual to join our growing team.

Resposibilities:

Provide direct assistance to the Home Finance Consultant in the loan origination process. Specifically customer tracking activities, customer and realtor telephone and e-mail communications, appraisal ordering and tracking, and loan package preparation.

Handle inbound calls from customers to service their home financing needs and to assist customers with the information and questions arising during the loan process.

Stay current on guideline changes, processes improvements, and procedural changes via electronic forwarding of materials and formal training.

Participate in coaching and counseling with management.

The candidate is required to maintain a superior level of service and expertise to customers and business partners. This requires up to date knowledge of constantly changing loan programs and underwriting guidelines in a demanding, fast paced, highly automated environment.

Education/Experience/Skills:College degree in a related course of study preferred. Mortgage and residential financial services background preferred. Strong PC skills including the internet, word, excel, MS Access, and Lotus Notes. Strong interpersonal skills in relation to oral and written communications. Strong initiative and a desire to learn and grow with a fast growing company.
