PROJECT MANAGER

 

 

Established Pittsburgh Real Estate Owner/Developer has a position available for Project Manager.  Seeking an individual with proven experience in delivering high value projects and able to meet stringent deadlines.  Candidate must be experienced in project estimating, planning and must have implemented and used effective project reporting and tracking mechanisms. Must be experienced and capable of successfully managing change along with risk management and quality control.  Must be capable of supervising various trades on a construction site.  Strong customer service and task management skills are a necessary requirement.

 

Skilled in the use of the Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Project.
