Job location: Kent, Washington

MANAGER

§ Onsite Full time for a 177 unit apartment community.

§ Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

Maintaining the entire property condition

Exercise good judgment on property procedures, expenditures, employees and residents,

Prepare and implement marketing plans

Prepare all reporting information and directly report to regional supervisor

Participates in an on-going property improvement.

§ Criminal background check and drug test required.

§ Salary Plus Potential Bonus

§ Property Management Experience Required.
