Financially stable national commercial real estate owner is seeking a Property Manager with strong leasing experience for a 235,000 square foot portfolio consisting of 14 buildings located near Pacific Beach.

Responsibilities consist of :Lease administrationAccounts receivables and payablesProperty maintenanceContract administrationBudget preparationVariance analysis and implementation of capital projectsNegotiate and prepare lease proposals and lease agreements for new and existing tenantsResponsible for the marketing strategy and materials for all vacant units.
