RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY MANAGER

Versailles on the Lake Apartment Community seeks energetic On-Site Residential Property Manager for its prestigious South Coast Metro Property in CA. 

 Candidate must possess the following qualities and skills:

Computer fluency in Microsoft Word and Excel, Yardi a plus, excellent organizational and communication skills (verbal and written), basic accounting principle knowledge, leadership skills and the ability to motivate and train, professional demeanor and energetic, friendly and enthusiastic, troubleshooting,attention to details and proactive, act decisively in handling multiple tasks concurrently.

 

Duties and Responsibilities shall consists of, but are not limited to, the following:

Maintains a relationship with all residents and community and ensures consistent application of property policies, completes weekly and monthly reports, vendor and resident letters, all areas of marketing, maintains, handles, support  and resolves residential and vendor issues, maintains property budget, performs regular follow-up inspections on grounds, common areas and maintanance work, supervising staff, enforces and ensures Safety and Wellness in the community.
