Property Manager for Feasterville Properties

Established and successful Property Management company seeks dynamic Property Manager to oversee 200+ community in Feasterville. Candidates must be creative, self-motivated, highly organized, and have a history of increasing resident occupancy. Applicants must have a stable, progressive work history and 3+ years of leasing/management experience. Certified Apt. Managers (CAMs) will receive special consideration!


Responsibilities Include:

Manage and support all day-to-day aspects (administrative tasks, marketing, leasing, maintenance, etc.) of the properties Maintain occupancy levels desired by management company Traffic ReportsPayrollRegular communication with Marketing Director and Regional Manager on any leasing issues or concerns or innovative ideasOversee maintenance and repairs to include but not limited to turnovers, planning and scheduling, contractor oversight, alerting Regional Manager to future projectsNTV walk-throughsImplement new and uphold current preventive maintenance programs Resident retentionReview and approve all facility invoicesReport any and all slip and falls to Risk Manager and RMReport any and all employee issues HR and RMSnow and ice removal oversight
