Property Supervisor, Property Manager and Assistant Manager

Local Property Management Company is seeking a Property Supervisor, Property Managers and Assistant Managers, to join our successful management team. 
 

Property Supervisor must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a senior manager of apartment communities. A proven track record in training, developing and effectively managing a team. Must demonstrate great leadership, interpersonal, management and communication skills. Proven experience in improving resident relations. Must have experience in creating and performing within a defined annual operating budget.

 Property Managers, will be responsible for all phases of operations as well as the day-to-day functions. The ideal candidates must demonstrate great leadership, interpersonal, management and communication skills. Must also have a minimum of 2 years property management. Multi-family management experience a plus. Must have advanced computer skills.

Assistant Manager, will handle day-to-day operations under the direction of the property manager. 1-2 years multi-family management experience is a plus. Successful candidate will assist manager with daily community operations including but not limited to resident relations, service requests follow-ups, maintaining resident files, rent collection, and apartment inspections.
