We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our office located in Benton Harbor, MI. RECEPTIONIST - Benton Harbor, MI Responsibilities: Greet visitors in an alert, outgoing and professional manner that reflects Jones Lang LaSalle's quality of service and hospitality Embrace the concept of service with willingness and a sense of pride Assure the common area immediately outside the front door and the area around the reception area are well maintained and ready for our guest Assure all guest are registered in compliance with Securities policies Maintain schedule of event and welcome board for building Be familiar with the residents in your building and the location of their workstation Provide support for the Client Concierge services Maintain a daily activity and event calendar for building occupants and the surrounding community Manage services offer to Client employees (example: Dry Cleaning Services, restaurant discounts, theaters etc.) Perform additional responsibilities as requested Requirements: High school degree with experience in Hospitality/Customer Service field Excellent hosting, interpersonal and communication skills Outgoing, energetic personality and thoroughly enjoys working with people Maintain a professional, poised appearance Ability to screen and interpret visitors' needs Demonstrated ability in providing outstanding service to customers High sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure Organization skills, with strong attention to detail Ability to work varied hours and have flexible schedule Excellent interpersonal skills and outgoing, energetic personality, and maintain a professional appearance Familiarity with all area activities, attractions, and restaurants Ability to anticipate, identify, and own problems, and follow up with the best possible solution for our employee and guest Ability to meet and work well with all levels of employees and guest Computer proficiency using Lotus Notes, and Microsoft Office Suite with good office equipment skills (typing, fax, etc.) Start a lasting career with Jones Lang LaSalle today!
