We are currently seeking a Recruitment Manager to join our office located in Chicago, IL. This high-visibility position reports to the Vice President of Talent Systems, Americas. The Recruiting Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing programs and initiatives that further Jones Lang LaSalle's employer of choice strategy. RECRUITMENT MANAGER - Chicago, ILResponsibilities: Identify and penetrate sourcing channels while developing and implementing a pro-active recruitment approach Attract, assess and hire professional talent by creating successful partnerships with line managers and business unit leaders Develop, deliver, and close offers Strategize with leadership to determine current and future hiring needs Conduct competitive market research to ensure successful brand positioning in key markets Network extensively in the marketplace to help source talent Drive and develop internal communications, reports, and metrics Identify and/or attend local networking events Promote employee referral programs to stimulate applicant flow Provide vision and direction to improve talent acquisition processes Create and drive key processes that support external and internal candidates throughout candidate lifecycle Collaborate with line managers and business unit leaders to assess needs, develop strategy, and implement plans to achieve hiring goals Support the firm's diversity initiatives Manage a team of recruiters and recruiting coordinatorsRequirements: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred Minimum of 8+ years of experience in full life cycle recruiting for a large firm - preferably professional services; or 10+ years of professional-level experience Minimum of 3+ years of experience managing a team Strong process orientation and familiarity with Six Sigma tools and methodology (greenbelt certification is a plus) Ability to excel in a high volume, fast paced environment Ability to implement successful recruiting programs Knowledge of key recruiting skills, including various sourcing, candidate selection, selling and negotiating techniques, as well as candidate management systems Ability to operate successfully within a geographically dispersed, matrix organizations Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and maintain relationships Ability to interview and assess candidates Good organizational skills Some knowledge of industry and technology trends, compensation and benefits Ability to effectively work with others and be collaborative, cross-functional and diplomatic Ability to adapt to a changing environment Ability to manage recruiting staff Ability to interact and interface with most levels within the firm.
