Apartment Search by CORT, our apartment locator division, is seeking a Relocation Specialist for our Denver market. As a Relocation Specialist your responsibilities will include:·  Touring employees of our corporate customers to help find their new rental housing·  Making sales calls on apartment communities to generate referrals to both our apartment finding division and furniture rental division·  Signing up apartment communities to work with our apartment locator division·  Assisting clients to find rental housing. Qualifications include:  Minimum 2 years outside sales and/or marketing experience Relocation industry / locator experience a plus Effective sales and closing skills Computer proficiency Excellent presentation skills Excellent driving and descriptive knowledge of the market area. CORT Business Services offers: Compensation comprised of base plus commission.  First year earning potentioal of $28,000 to $32,000 +.
