REO ASSET MANAGER - REAL ESTATE

REO ASSET MANAGER 

Salt Lake City REO office is looking for a qualified Asset Manager to manage a portfolio of REO properties.  This individual will be responsible for every stage of the REO process including but not limited to: eviction, asset evaluation, repairs, maintenance, marketing, contract negotiations, and closing.  Qualified candidates should be goal oriented, self-motivated, flexible, detailed and a team player.  Salary, Benefits, Bonus, PTO and 401 (k) plan offered

 





Duties & Responsibilities:Assign REO properties to local broker Monitor the eviction process and negotiate cash-for-keys with occupants Evaluate properties, establish values, and develop marketing strategies that will maximize sales proceeds and minimize marketing time Obtain bids and oversee repairs and maintenance of properties Supervise brokers to ensure that properties are being marketed according to established standards Negotiate purchase offers Accurately document all events and actions Strictly adhere to timelines and performance standards Make sound business decisions based on the best interests of Brighton and its clients Demonstrate creativity and adaptability in order to resolve issues

 



Requirements:Minimum of 2 years experience in REO asset management or mortgage servicing Understanding of laws and regulations related to real estate transactions General knowledge of real estate contracts Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong negotiation skills Attention to detail, time management and organizational skills Good computer skills
