REO Asset Manager:

 

We are aggressively seeking a talented, enthusiastic individual with a real estate background to join our REO team. This position requires the applicant to have a minimum of 2 years experience in real estate. Applicant must have excellent communication and customer service skills to deal directly with clients, real estate agents, attorneys and title companies. A general knowledge of real estate contracts is required.We are looking for an individual who is goal oriented, self-motivated, detailed and energetic. Must have proficient computer skills, excellent follow-up skills and the ability to work independently. This individual should be a team player and be able to follow directions from their team leader.

Qualified candidates will have:

·        Successful experience in real estate, which included but is not limited to: 

 

q       Foreclosure

q       Redemption's

q       Evictions

q       Appraisal review

q       Title/escrow

 

·        MS Office, Word and Excel Salary: Salary Plus Commission
