ServiceLink, one of the largest mortgage closing management company’s in the country, has immediate openings at our Hopewell Township office, located just minutes from Pittsburgh International Airport.

 

REO Title Curative Coordinator

 

Position is responsible for reviewing foreclosure documents and post-foreclosure title commitments.

 

Work with clients and foreclosure attorneys to clear existing title issues.

 

Obtain relevant current property information to prepare files for resale.

 

Must possess two years experience in the title and closing settlement business and a familiarity with closing documents, HUD-1 settlement statements and title commitments.

 

REO experience is a plus.

 

 REO Closing Coordinator

 

Position is responsible for reviewing sales contracts and preparing closing documents.

 

Ensure all invoices in relation to the property and terms of the sales contract are accurately reflected on the HUD-1 settlement statement.

 

Coordinate all of the closing procedures with all parties.

 

Must possess two years experience in the title and closing settlement business and familiarity with closing documents, including title commitments, HUD-1 settlement statements and sales contracts.
