Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist

We will provide all sales and real estate industry training. 3-month training period for all new candidates.

Job Responsibilities:

ٱ Completion of the NWJ Acquisitions Training/Mentor Program 


ٱ Utilization of the NWJ model to target potential acquisition properties

ٱ Research and contacting property owners in your assigned markets

ٱ Creative sales presentations to property owners

ٱ Financial analysis of each prospective acquisition property

ٱ Negotiate each deal until agreement

ٱ Significant travel/assignments in target markets throughout the continental United States

ٱ Participate in on-going training tools provided by NWJ Companies



Qualified Candidates Must Have:

ٱ Interest in business, sales, real estate, finance, or marketing

ٱ High energy and desire to succeed

ٱ Willingness to travel

ٱ Excellent written and interpersonal skills

ٱ Strong organizational and time management skills

ٱ Computer proficiency



Job Location:

We are hiring for both our Philadelphia office (center city) and New York office (Manhattan), with frequent travel to assigned markets throughout the United States.
