Real Estate Asset Manager

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: College Degree or equivalent work experience. Prior experience in real estate including sales, negotiating skills, experience with legal documents and asset management.  Proficiency on a personal computer and the use of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.  Manages multiple tasks with follow-through, must possess strong organizational skills and people skills. Demonstrated professional level of writing and verbal communication with emphasis on negotiations.

 

JOB OVERVIEW: Manages a complex portfolio of real estate assets on behalf of the clients that requires the real estate skills in connection with lease negotiation, sales, exchanges, capital improvements, day-to-day management and overseeing contracts and vendors.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION: Administers and maintains real estate assets, which includes: new asset review, account set up, asset management, repairs, lease negotiations, sales and distributions/acquisitions. Participates in ongoing business development to generate new/ongoing fee revenue to meet annual corporate objectives in connection with sales goals, revenue and budget. Possesses a valid driver?s license and the ability to operate an automobile. Ensures that assigned accounts are profitable to the corporation, receiving the highest appropriate returns to the client and managed with the highest industry standards. Manages account relationships involving complex transactions and/or analysis.
