Real Estate Coordinator  Job Title:  Real Estate Coordinator Description:  This is a primarily administrative position with the main focus in accounts payable in our real estate leasing department.  The duties include the following:  Handling phone calls/return phone calls regarding payment issues, changes of ownership, and/or changes in addresses.  Maintaining the accuracy of lessor information and files.  Confirming changes of ownership and property details and setting up lessors with proof of ownership and proper tax identification forms.  Processing stop payments and/or voiding payments.  Reconciling unclaimed property checks.  Confirming cash requirements as part of the weekly rental payment check batches.  Auditing percentage lease payments on a monthly basis.  Communicating with corporate accounts payable position as local liaison for all matters involving lease payments, checks and lessor information. Requirements:   Proficiency in Peoplesoft and Microsoft Office is desired.  A working knowledge of KB World is helpful, but not required. Educational Requirements:  High School Degree or Equivalent, some college level business courses are preferable. Benefits:  Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, EAP, 401K, Paid Vacation and Sick Leave. Status: Full-Time Career Level:  Entry Level (less than 2 years of experience)
