Real Estate Director

We’re a highly respected maritime and development finance organization that is looking for someone to lead our expansion into a Master developer role  Working with local partners, position will be responsible for developing strategic business plans for current Port properties (including prime downtown waterfront property), creating transformative regional strategies, and developing and implementing initiatives to create large scale investment through public and private financing, This position will assemble and begin investment in a portfolio of property projects that are integral to the region’s business retention and attraction strategy in key business growth sectors, create a clear development strategy, including land assessment, land/site and infrastructure planning, and oversee a development strategy for maritime property.
