Real Estate Office Bookkeeper

Job Purpose:

Handle all bookkeeping needs for a real estate company and assist with marketing needs.

 

Duties:

* Utilize QuickBooks to process all aspect of bookkeeping for this real estate company from paying bills to paying commissions.

* Assist with the production of marketing material for the agents as well as creating advertising material.

 

Skills/Qualifications:

QuickBook experience is required.  A working knowledge of Quark and Microsoft Office Publisher is needed.  Real Estate experience is a plus.  Must be well organized and customer service oriented.
