Real Estate Owned (REO) Asset Manager

Company:  Adecco Job Category:  Other Location:  Washington, PA 15301 Job Status:  Full Time, Employee We are currently hiring an REO Asset Manager for our customer in the Washington, PA area.  The job duties for the position are as follows: Manage a portfolio of REO assets within company and client guidelines to liquidate properties at the highest value in a timely manner, Provide and increase customer service, retention, cross selling, and overall revenue growth of assigned accounts, update system with status of properties, negotiate and manage the closing of assets pursuant to client requirements, maintain accounts payable/receivable on assets, provide input on upgrades or enhancements to system software, may assist with training of departmental staff.Minimum Qualifications: 3 years of asset management experience with extensive knowledge of REO sales and processes, knowledge of the title and escrow process used in real estate sales, ability to perform general clerical tasks and assignments in accordance with specific instructions and procedures, ability to negotiate real estate transactions, ability to operate a personal computer and use Word and Internet Explorer, ability to prepare and maintain records, report, and other routine documents, ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, ability to be organized and detailed in a fast-paced environment and the ability to perform mathematical computations.This is a temp to hire opportunity for the right candidate!  The hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00AM-5:00PM.Please contact Kristy Chambers at 724-229-6090 or via email at kristy.chambers@adeccona.com for immediate consideration.
