NDS is currently seeking a REO Closing Coordinator in our San Diego & Lake Forest, CA and Berlin, CT offices.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

 Review contracts/client addenda/modifications for completeness & accuracy Review all contractual contingencies  Open Escrow Review Title Prepare contract packages and forward to client for execution Review & distribute fully executed contracts upon receipt from Client to Closer & Broker Monitor closing workflow from Client (Seller) to Closing Agents (Closers) & Broker. Monitor all contract statuses on multiple online systems. Review and monitor daily closing status updates from Closers & Client’s Review all HUDS for accuracy Closely monitor every closing to ensure adherence to timelines Prepare daily closing status reports Prepare reports as requested to client Coordinate with client to resolve title issues (title resolution) Prepare MI approvals Update Client Systems Assist Closers in pre-closing & post closing duties. Coordinate Closings between Asset Managers/Client/Broker/Closer Must be extremely detailed Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills Excellent organizational Skills Must be capable of multitasking Proficient in EXCELL/WORD/XP PRO OS/ Must be able to understand & operate day to day business tasks utilizing online web-based operating platforms Must be capable of operating in a team environment REOX/ Mortgage Serve Experience a plus

 

Must have 1-2 years related experience in real estate closings.

 

Candidates must be motivated, detail and task oriented and willing to travel. Base salary with bonus, 401K, Profit Sharing Health 7 Dental Insurance, Long Term and Short Term Disability.
