Real Estate Project Analyst

Great Opportunity to join Residential Real Estate Developer.

 

FUNCTIONS

 

· Assist in the evaluation of new opportunities by capturing information necessary to model projects and deal structures.

· Prepare, monitor, and update reports and schedules for assigned projects.

o  Prepare initial project proformas with multiple scenarios

o  Prepare and maintain project budgets/forecasts for new and existing projects

o  Prepare and update recurring project reports

o  Provide written and oral presentations to senior level executives regarding projects

· Perform preliminary market evaluation.

· Maintain real estate information in property files and computer system.

 

SKILLS

· Real Estate experience – residential land development and home building

· Financial acumen

· Ability to understand and model complex financial structures

· Ability and desire to network in local Real Estate Community

· Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and financial acumen

· BA in Real Estate related studies or equivalent, MBA or equivalent desired

· Expert Level – Excel

· Timberline Experience desired
