JOB SUMMARY: Performs a variety of duties including front desk reception, telephone answering and general office/clerical functions.

SKILL & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Typing speed of 30 wpm and basic personal computer knowledge. High school diploma. Ability to correctly perform basic calculations and maintain accurate records. Ability to learn new software programs. One year’s customer service, operator, receptionist or general office experience preferred.
