Job Summary

As a Regional Account Manager, this position will provide leadership in the delivery of real estate services for the North American portfolio of a Fortune 200 company. With the responsibility to manage an extensive portfolio of owned and leased locations on behalf of the client, this position will coordinate and take direction from the Global Account manager and the North American Client lead in the development of best practices and excellence in transaction management and brokerage services, property administration, valuation services, portfolio planning and management activities and other services as may be required.  This position requires an individual with a successful track record in client relationship management, leadership, staff management, and the disciplines related to managing a large corporate real estate portfolio.

 

Principle ResponsibilitiesResponsible  for management of Transactions Manage process and procedures within the PortfolioResponsible for Portfolio AdministrationManage, develop and support Strategic plansDevelopment of new business

 

Qualifications

 

· BA degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred

· 15+ years commercial Real Estate experience with strong leadership competencies  in managing disciplines related to corporate portfolios including research, transaction management, brokerage, project management, facilities assessment / due diligence activities,  valuation, and financial analysis

· Current Real Estate License / CCIM or other professional designation a plus

Required Skills

 

· Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills required

· Excellent real estate financial analysis skills and familiarity with accounting concepts required

· Computer: Highly proficient with MS Office Suite, including ability to perform Internet based research

· Experience with high-level, complex transaction management including experience in contract management/compliance
