Regional Facilities Manager

National Real Estate Property Management Co. seeks a motivated leader for the oversight of regional facilities and operations including building maintenance, janitorial, security, grounds, contracted trades and services, repairs, renovations and major capital improvements.  Facilities experience in building systems, procurement and inventory, automated work order systems, construction, HUD /REAC, and code compliance in the apartment building industry is required.

 

Summary of general responsibilities include:

·        Supervision of maintenance, janitorial, security and grounds programs.

·        Implementation and oversight of comprehensive preventive maintenance programs.

·        Capital improvement identification, strategic planning, budget preparation, competitive bidding, contract negotiations and execution through completion.

·        Operating & Capital budgets preparation, administration, compliance and analysis reporting.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.
