We are currently seeking a Regional Recruiter for our Regional Office in Phoenix, AZ.


Job Profile:

This position will be responsible for:

·  Recruiting all Property Managers and Sales Managers throughout the Western Region as well as other positions in the Phoenix Regional office.

·  Developing effective recruitment sources and maintaining outside networking relationships

·  Screening resumes and applications and conduct phone screening and interviews with qualified candidates. 

·  Serve as liaison between managers and external/internal applicants throughout the hiring process

·  Assisting corporate managers and field managers in determining job specifications and preparing job descriptions.

·  Creating offer letters and coordinating new hire paperwork.

·  Assisting Director of HR with additional projects.

Job Requirements:

·  2-3 years of full cycle recruiting experience in a large organization.  Experience in a staffing agency or corporate recruiting a plus.

·  Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field.  Excellent oral and written communication skills, motivated, creative thinker.

·  Must have ability to work well with all levels of the organization
