Relocation Coordinator-Part-Time

Paragon Relocation Resources, an International Relocation Management Services company, is seeking a key

addition to our Relocation Services Team.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 Ø  Advising employees of their applicable relocation program and benefits;

Ø  Coordinating the services of other service providers needed in the relocation process;

Ø  Providing excellent service to attain established service metrics and ensure client satisfaction;

Ø  Provide relocation support & services to other teams as requested or needed

 

To be successful in this position the successful candidate must:

Ø  Have excellent Customer Service skills which include exceptional telephone and interpersonal skills;

Ø  Possess good Problem-Solving skills;

Ø  Maintain excellent Time Management skills;

Ø  Demonstrate a high level of Organization, Planning & Prioritization ensuring  daily tasks are completed

in a timely manner;

Ø  Possess the ability to  Multitask, to flex with changing priorities;

Ø  Be Detail Oriented to ensure accuracy of data input; in documents and communications to clients,

relocating employees and other internal and external customers;

Ø  Behave as Team Player, to work with and provide backup support to other team members as needed;

Ø  Be able to work a Flexible Schedule, which will include one evening a week;

Ø  Have proficient Computer Skills, especially Microsoft Office applications;

Ø  Have a minimum of 18 Months Experience is required in a customer service environment; and

Ø  Experience in the relocation industry a plus
