Costar Group, a leading provider of info. services to the US & UK commercial real estate industry, seeks indepen. & self-motivated indiv to perform field research & photograph comm'l bldgs in the New Orleans metro area. Duties include spending 100% of time driving the market to collect data, geocode & photograph properties, obtain new leads and contact brokers to obtain info on leads. Strong tech aptitude, photography, appraisal and GIS experience a +. Exlnt driving record and high speed internet req. Position requires travel within assigned territory up to 2 weeks per month. Potential for salary range w/bonus mid 30s plus competitive benefits package.
