Position Summary:

The research specialist communicates directly with the customer to obtain important information about ownership and fees. He/She should also be able to establish relationships with customer contacts.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

• Call customer and obtain estoppel information

• Data entry

• Communicate with customers

 

Qualification/Requirements:

• Excellent Communication and People Skills

• Above average computer skills

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred

• Time Management

• Organizational skills

 

Education/Certifications:

College graduate preferred
