Resident Services Coordinator

 

 

Nevada H.A.N.D., Inc. is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to implement programs, services and activities which enable and empower residents to live independently in a cooperative community environment; coordination of work within the department as well as with other departments; reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; responding to inquiries or requests for information.Minimum Qualifications

 

·  Experience with monitoring and assigning activities of volunteers, interns and services of the residents relating to such programs.

·  Have familiarity with assessments of residents.

·  Must be able to connect residents with appropriate resources based on the identified need and document such connection.

·  Experience with community groups available for the residents’ necessity.

·  Minimum of two years experience in a related position.

 

·  Proficient in: reading, writing, and grammar skills; interpersonal relations and communicative skills; ability to work independently and with others; ability to organize and prioritize tasks and to work closely with resident groups, management and social service coordinators; proficient typing and PC skills; excellent customer service skills; general knowledge of local, state, & federal agencies and private social service agencies and programs serving the residents of the developments and the area.
