Residential Sales Consultant

The Residential Sales Consultant is directly responsible for managing the property preservation and disposition of family residential and small commercial REO assets disbursed across the United States.  As well as supervising real estate brokers over the phone or via e-mail to ensure properties are secured and prepared for appraisals. Responsibilities include:

 Directly manage a portfolio of 150-200 propertiesEffectively communicate with Brokers and Real Estate agents dailyObtain the highest net selling price possible within the shortest timeframeCreate budgets for REO assets utilizing spreadsheetsCreate viable business plans that will maximize returns for our investorsUtilize appraisals, BPOs and budgetsSell the property for the highest value in the shortest timeframe

 Key Result Areas:

 Achieve minimum net proceeds of 92% Days on Market goal of less than 120 days

Qualifications:

 

This position requires one to two years experience working in real estate or property management. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and have the ability to work in a call center environment as well as organize and prioritize work and meet strict deadlines. The candidate has to be proficient with Microsoft applications (Excel), type 35 wpm and have the ability to learn software applications.
