This position will be located in the Bloomington, MN office.Description of Responsibilities Conduct thorough QC review of an appraisal and validate appraised value based upon logical analysis and sound judgment. Perform reviews to ensure quality and accuracy of valuations, USPAP, FIRREA, and compliance with Rels Valuation and secondary market requirements. Prepare timely, detailed reports identifying issues and areas of concern. Substantiate findings with data and summaries. Provide recommendations and action items for tactical and/or strategic solutions to facilitate change. Conduct investigations and reviews for new appraiser approvals in accordance with established policy. Provide subject matter expertise to appraisers on complex or difficult assignments. Effectively coach appraisers regarding appraisal practices, applied technical issues including policy and procedure changes, and regulatory compliance. Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned or requiredQualifications• Certified/Licensed Residential Appraiser License• Extensive knowledge of appraisal practices as would normally be acquired through 3-5 years of related appraisal experience.• Ability to analyze data, draws sound conclusions and summarize results.• Detail oriented and self motivated.
