SENIOR OCCUPANCY PLANNER

We are currently seeking a Senior Occupancy Plannerto join our office located in Cincinnati, OH. SENIOR OCCUPANCY PLANNER - Cincinnati, OH Responsibilities: Deliver a regional portfolio optimization plan which is aligned and integrated with client; update the plan as needed Within the region, provide current and accurate information on how much space is currently available, what are the workplace conditions, and what the headcount forecasts are Support Site-Specific Occupancy Planner in development of reports by providing necessary detail (articulated above) Report the current capacity and forecasts inventory changes for a rolling 12-, 24- and 36-month timeframe Report the region's bottoms-up headcount projections collected at site-level for a rolling 12-, 24- and 36-month planning horizon and works with client real estate to reconcile discrepancies with tops-down projections if provided Support development of building-specific stacking and blocking plans, and when necessary, secure departmental manager agreements Provide site or regional occupancy scenarios that meet the business needs and client initiatives Develop a regional summary of all site-specific occupancy plans Consolidate and assemble capacity and population information for regional portfolio Track and report forecasted versus actual headcounts on an annual basis Provide stacking diagrams by location, by building, and by floor Attend kick-off meetings for real estate initiatives and major renovation/reconfiguration projects Recommend and enforce corporate-wide planning standards and company image control Ensure all planning recommendations are aligned with corporate guidelines and that all scenarios maximize use of space (or that proper documentation for exceptions is in place) Provide a platform to escalate regional-specific planning issues, and provides special, ad-hoc planning analyses Participate in planning teleconferences hosted by the Global Planning Manager Provide a single point of contact to client real estate for regional-planning-related questions To ensure accurate reporting of information and foster critical relationships between various individuals and organizations Requirements: Experience in Project Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Space Planning and/or other building related education/experience Proven leadership skills Excellent Customer relationship skills "Can do" approach to service delivery Ability to work independently and pro-actively Team player Sound organizational skills Ability to work within multiple cultures and learn, understand and apply what will work in each region Ability to travel within the region as required Employee management experience is desired Excellent verbal and written communication skills Computer proficiency Start a lasting career with Jones Lang LaSalle today!
