Lone Star Lenders is a well established business with an impeccable reputation in the Mortgage industry.  We have been in business for 7+ years and are conveniently located in the Addison area.  As a member of the better business bureau and licensed by the Texas Savings and Loan Department along with a HUD license, we have a zero complaint record.  With the mortgage industry changing, Lone Star Lenders is ready to capitalize on the market and thus, seeking loan officers to assist in its expanding business.

 

Requirements:2+ years in mortgage salesBroker experienced is preferred, but not mandatoryCollege Degree is highly preferredProfessionalism and high ethics is mandatory.  We have a zero tolerance for customer complaints and fraudulent activityHard working with excellent organizational skills is also a must

 

Duties:Call on internet leads for purpose of obtaining a mortgageTake loan applicationAssist sales manager in placing, pricing, and selling loanFollow up with customer and maintain constant communication with borrowerAssist processor in closing loanCommunicate with borrowers, realtors, and title companies during loan processSilicate borrowers and realtors for referral business

 

Compensation:W2 salaryBonuses based on number of loans closed a monthCommission on self generated loansOpportunity for Senior Loan Officer position after steady referral business is establishedSet work schedule with paid vacationHealth Insurance benefits
