Lifestyle Communities seeks to hire a full-time Sales Assistant to support our fast paced, high energy condominium sales team.

 

Sales Assistants typically three weekdays 11am to 7pm and Saturday and Sunday 11am to 6pm in a sales office at one of our communities. 

Key job functions include:
Providing administrative support for sales representatives Greeting prospective homebuyers who visit the sales office Answering phone calls and taking messages Composing written and e-mail correspondence Assisting with other administrative tasks as assigned.

 

Qualified candidates for this position will have proven customer service, communication and multi-tasking skills and will be professional and courteous with a focus on the overall customer experience.  Other qualifications include having strong organization skills, the ability to multi-task in a growing, dynamic environment, and strong written and oral communication skills.
