Sales Coordinator

The Sales Coordinator monitors and analyzes data and marketing trends to enhance the effectiveness of marketing and sales efforts.  Conducts research, develops recommendations and creates reports and presentations for executive management.  Works closely with SVP of Multifamily Operations, Sales Trainer, and VP of Marketing.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Prepares reports to support the development, management and growth of strategic and tactical marketing initiatives and programs Identifies key performance metrics, develops database tools necessary to statistically measure performance and manage performance to each metric Conducts analysis of regional sales performance Understands and consults on critical business initiatives and needs Works closely with marketing, IT, and operations managers to develop and implement management information initiatives, analyze findings and make recommendations Responsible for creating and monitoring reports including, but not limited to, sales performance and marketing campaign performance Compiles information for sales and marketing forecasts and budgets; researches and reports on variances to budget. Produces reports for use by executives to monitor performance and review new initiatives. Participates in cross-functional teams for sales and marketing initiatives Works with IT in the development of data collection and integrity Develops analytical tools and procedures for advertising campaign tracking and ROI analysis Assists in the accomplishment of objectives by performing other related duties as assigned


REQUIREMENTS:

• B.S./B.A degree in Marketing, MIS or Business or related field preferred
• A minimum of 5-7 years work experience in sales and/or marketing analysis or related field
• Strong analytical ability, accuracy and attention to detail required
• Must be self starter and with strong organizational skills
• Must have strong interpersonal skills with a positive outlook and results oriented focus
• Good oral and written communications
• Advanced computer skills with the ability to extract and manipulate data using a variety of sources such as MS Word, Excel, Access and other desktop software.
