Requirements

 

We are seeking energetic, enthusiastic, and persuasive sales professionals. At least 5 years experience in direct sales with a proven track record of success is required. A 4-year college degree is preferred.  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to close deals and develop and maintain customer relationships are required.  Candidates should be polished and professional in demeanor and possess a strong work ethic, exceptional listening skills, a strong desire to earn sales commissions, honesty, and integrity. Strong computer skills including fluency with Microsoft Office, Outlook and Internet is required.

 

Responsibilities

 

Ensure that the sales office, salespeople, model homes, inventory homes, and the community projects the highest level of professionalism, image, and appearance in the market.
Be familiar with all home floor plans, designs, features, options, pricing and community benefits and amenities.

Develop and deliver sales presentations to qualified buyers, realtors and local employers.

Be familiar with all phases of construction.

Follow construction progress to ensure consistency in product quality and buyer expectations.

Maintain communications with buyers throughout sale process and construction.

Coordinate local advertising and media placement.

Coordinate sales events and outreach programs including presentations to local groups and employers, grand openings, private events and private showings.

Prepare and manage office documents including sales agreements, disclosures, options, upgrades, lot files, correspondence from contract to closing.

Lead weekly sales meetings and lead training programs.

Prepare weekly and monthly sales traffic and activity reports.

Lead the homeowner orientation process and demonstrate the home for new home owners.

Develop and implement a program for generating referral sales.
Regularly assess market position relative to competitors, product, pricing, and financing.
