The Residential Land Services (RLS) division of First American Professional Land Services is looking for a charismatic, high energy person who wants to join a dynamic growth oriented company and is eager to demonstrate proven sales skills. We offer great benefits and an energetic atmosphere. Our office is located in Norman, Oklahoma sales reps throughout the United States. RLS in conjunction with our contracted surveyors and our own surveying teams, serve to bridge the gap between our clients (title insurance and mortgage industry) needs and requirements with the land surveyors' responsibilities. This is especially important as the surveying profession becomes more technical and survey requirements become more demanding. Today, with over a quarter of a century experience, Residential Land Services, Inc., is the largest national coordinator of residential land surveys in the country. MUST WORK AND LIVE IN THE Houston or DFW area.Position Duties & Responsibilities:. General Sales activities aimed at maintaining and expanding our existing Customer base.. Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate business unit goals.. Represents the company at trade association meetings to promote product.. Delivers sales presentations to key clients.. Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.QualificationsJob Requirements:. Candidate must demonstrate strong Oral and Written communication skills.. Strong organization skills.. Self initiative and ability to operate effectively without constant supervision.. A minimum of two years of proven and successful sales experience. Background in the Real Estate Industry (Title Representative, Real Estate Agent, Land Surveying, etc.) a plus.. Strong Customer Service background. Basic Computer Skills – MS Office, internet. Extensive Driving- clean driving record.
