Senior Asset Manager

 

Real estate powerhouse that ranks as one of the largest commercial brokerage, management and development services firms in Texas seeks an experienced and qualified retail Asset Manager for our Dallas market.

 

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following:

· Bachelor degree required, masters degree a plus.            

· 5+ years of retail experience with local and regional community shopping center tenants, big box and restaurant leasing experience desirable.       Ability to direct shopping center operations for a diverse regional portfolio while responding to objectives of property owner(s).  Provide strategic direction in major capital investment, re-tenant, and other operational situations.

 Ability to direct, train, supervise, and evaluate asset managers and support staff assigned to the division.

 As director of the asset management division, be able to effectively coordinate with supervisors of in-house property management, leasing, and construction personnel.

 Strong financial analysis and reporting skills as well as experience reading, interpreting and negotiating contracts, leases, and other legal documents. Review and approve all annual property budgets, provide direction to the quarterly asset management reporting system, provide direction to the property tax appeal
