Senior Financial Analyst

 

1. Support leasing directors in processing new and renewing leases and assignments.

2. Track and complete property budgets, reprojections, and leasing assumptions on an annual and quarterly basis with District Managers and Leasing Directors. 

3. Keep track of leasing activity by region, DM, new properties, etc.

4. Track all deals to assure leasing commissions are accurately paid with correct amounts due.  

5. Collecting quarterly market and monthly leasing reports for each property and creating and updating leasing related reports (health ratios, lease expirations, etc).

6. Prepare and evaluate credit packages including business and personal credit reports and analyzing business and personal equity.

7. Analyze profitability and track profit center performance against budget,  including monthly NOI per property.

8. Coordinate ICSC booth planning and contract, shipping of materials and storage and organization of related materials.
