Senior Property Manager

Mid-sized New York based Management Company is seeking a Senior Property Manager for a large cooperative development located in the Bronx.

The right candidate will have strong managerial skills, the ability to multi-task and oversee the many areas of operation for a large residential apartment complex.

Applicants must have: Minimum of 10 years experience managing 800+ cooperative or condominium units Knowledge of affordable housing ( NYS Mitchell-Lama a plus. ) CPM, RAM or ARM Minimum 2 year college degree

Attendance at evening board meetings will be a requirement.
