Service Director

Excellent position is now available in a fast growing, Multi-family Real Estate Investment firm for an Executive-minded Service Director.  Madison Apartment Group, L.P. (“Madison”) is an owner and operator of multi-family real estate with an expanding portfolio of 22,000+ units and is located throughout the US. 

 

This team leader will be accountable for the overall asset and profitability of Madison @ Arbors located in Tucker, GA.  This leader must understand and successfully obtain owner’s objectives and financial goals.

 

This leader will perform necessary repairs and preventative maintenance to preserve all buildings and equipment at a peak level of operation and appearance at the most reasonable level of expense possible.  He/She will directly supervises the daily maintenance operations and the staff performing its maintenance.  The Service Director performs and directs repairs and/or replacements of all mechanical and structural systems contained within the respective Community.

 

Must be high school graduate, or possess equivalency.  At least three (3) years of prior apartment maintenance staff experience is required. Must have EPA, and HVAC.  May require Pool Operators Certificate and CAMT is encouraged.
