Join our team of talented maintenance professionals who take pride in serving our residents.  AMLI Service staff is responsible for maintaining efficient operation and upkeep of the property buildings and grounds. You will diagnose problems and make repairs in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry walling, exterior structural, and appliance. We utilize state of the art technology to handle service requests and inventory management.  Individuals should be willing to share on-call with other team members. Qualifications

We are looking for a dedicated candidate with a High School Diploma or GED, along with EPA Freon Certified (type 1 and 2); or 1-3 years related experience.
